Apply using either the Eye Smudge Brush or Eye Sculpt brush.
Apply paler shades all over the eyelid up to the brow bone and blend to achieve your desired look. For a deeper smoky, eye use the darker shades, or for a dramatic eye, use the vibrant navy blue shade.
