After prepping your skin with a warm dampened towel, apply charcoal-activated mask generously and evenly to your face.

Allow it to dry for 10-20 minutes as you take deep, relaxing breaths.

Remove with a warm dampened towel and rinse off any residue with warm water. Use two to three times a week.
